'Lutetia' was first launched in 2005 and has been meticulously maintained by her owner, who as had her since new. She is well equipped and ready to sail away immediately having just had her annual service and anti fouling done. Over the years she has been upgraded with a new engine and has had the standing rigging replaced recently. Her navigational equipment includes plotter, radar, and radios. This boat is in great condition testament to the fastidiousness of her owner.
She is a very well equipped and comfortable cruiser with hot water throughout, an Eberspacher hot air heating system and two fully fitted head compartments.
