The Ranger 32, a ¾ Tonner designed by Gary Mull in 1974, is a classic sailboat very solidly built, winner of the ¾ Ton Cup in Miami right from its launch.
Very pleasant for cruising as well as for racing (very favorable OSIRIS/ORC coefficient of 14), very versatile and elegant, this boat has few modern competitors and is regularly admired at the mooring. Its high ballast ratio, its elongations, and its frigate-hulled design make it a very seaworthy boat, much like the beautiful designs of the 1970s, capable of excellent upwind performance in all weather conditions and showing a fine stiffness when sailing.
I am selling my Ranger 32 from the Ranger Yachts shipyard, recently refitted and very regularly maintained, whose aesthetics, finish, and seafaring capabilities are regularly praised, to replace it with a slightly larger boat but with an interior helm, for a program of Nordic cruises.
