The exterior of the Kilkruiser 710 is equipped with a canopy, outer deck with new carpeting, fenders and lines, a swim platform, and a swim ladder. In 2022, a new swim platform was installed, making it easier to get in and out of the water. The canopy was replaced in 2024 with a new custom-made version, featuring extra zippers for improved accessibility, regardless of the boat's position.
The cockpit bench has been extended and fitted with new cushions, providing extra seating comfort while sailing or docking. The exterior above the gangways was fully painted in 2024. Some work is still planned, including refurbishing the wooden steering wheel and applying a new non-slip layer on the upper deck. The non-slip granules are already available.

The Kilkruiser 710 is equipped with a Vetus inboard engine. This engine is suitable for use on inland waters and provides sufficient power for recreational use. In 2024, new batteries were installed, along with a trickle charger, enhancing the reliability of the onboard electrical system. All filters have been recently replaced as part of regular engine maintenance.
The boat has a shore power connection, which was renewed in 2022. This allows for the use of external electricity at moorings with power supply, making the stay on board more comfortable.
