XBOAT ref: 6334. Launched in 2011, the Oceanis 45 is a sailboat that perfectly combines performance, comfort, and safety. The boat was awarded "Yacht of The Year" in 2012, a highly regarded accolade in the world of sailing. This vessel offers a spacious layout, with a well-designed deck, a very enveloping bimini, a double steering system, synonymous with space at the stern, featuring a major innovation, the aft bench that can be converted into a bathing platform to "live the sea." Access to the interior is via a very gentle sloping staircase, at 45 degrees, leading into a refined atmosphere, with an L-shaped kitchen extending to the chart table and a salon ideal for 10 people on the starboard side. We purchased our Oceanis new at the La Rochelle boat show and have maintained it with care and passion up to today. The navigation electronics are from B&G, reliable and ergonomic, 650w in solar panels ensure excellent autonomy, we also had additional water tanks added that bring the capacity of fresh water to 750l, the kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, one of which is a vital negative cold for keeping products in perfect freshness, there is a washing machine (220v) for laundry at the dock, the cabin mattresses are new (2025), the safety equipment is up to date in the semi-offshore category, the engine is a Yanmar 75 HP turbocharged, extremely reliable and economical (oil test done in 2026, indicator in the green), for port maneuvers the boat is equipped with a bow thruster, and the aft deck is a gem of functionality and comfort at sea as well as in port, a very sturdy arch supports the solar panels, a wind turbine capable of delivering 940w complements the array of panels which provide 650w. We are selling the boat after having enjoyed it very much, and this is due to a change of horizon. The mooring place can be recovered under certain conditions.
