Designed by the duo Andrieu and Verdier, and built entirely using infusion, the Sun Fast 3300 boasts exceptional resistance and rigidity, with a significantly reduced weight. As a result, it not only offers excellent absolute performance but also provides an advantage regarding the IRC handicap rules, particularly thanks to its simple keel without a bulb and its reasonable sail area.
On this racing sailboat, ergonomics serve efficiency: spacious cockpit to facilitate movement, adjustment systems brought back to the steering position for solo crossings. 5% faster than the 3200 version, the Sun Fast 3300 remains just as stable and balanced on technical courses. Its hull has been specifically designed to enhance its performance in downwind conditions.
This 2020 model rated 0.30 won the UNCL 2022 Atlantic Channel championship in crewed mode and had to withdraw from the transquadra due to the health of its Skipper/Owner.
