Phoenix is a well maintained Quarter Tonner and has over the years been extremely competitive in a number of different racing events, Scottish Series, Clyde racing, Round the Island, Cowes Week, Quarter Ton Cup racing.
Designed by Rob Wequelin with a hull in Kevlar Carbon foam, Phoenix has had a number of upgrades and improvements over the years including a Mills keel and a Farr rudder, Titanium pulpit, stanchions and tiller. Excellent sail wardrobe from North Sails and Saturn Sails. Complete with Tohatsu 3.5hp outboard and a twin axle custom trailer.

Comment
Phoenix has raced successfully in the Solent and Clyde. Scottish Series, Kip, Largs for Clyde racing, Round the Island, Cowes Week, Quarter Ton Cup racing in the Solent.
2025 IRC rating 0.908 expired December 2025 and a new owner would have to apply to the IORC for a new rating certificate.
