The accommodation aboard this 2022 Elling E4 is designed to deliver exceptional comfort, practicality, and refinement, making it ideally suited to extended cruising or liveaboard use. Finished to an exceptionally high standard, the interior combines handcrafted joinery, premium materials, Alcantra upholstery, and mahogany wood, and a well-thought-out layout that maximises both space and natural light.

Accessed from the sheltered cockpit, the raised pilothouse saloon forms the social heart of the vessel. This bright and airy space offers excellent all-around visibility through large panoramic windows, creating a strong connection with the surroundings. To port, a comfortable U-shaped settee surrounds a beautifully finished dining table, providing ample seating for entertaining guests. Opposite, the well-appointed helm station features a fully adjustable helm seat and ergonomically arranged controls, allowing for relaxed cruising in all conditions. All windows have internal blinds, and the windscreen has external covers. The pilothouse also has its own wine fridge as well as an underfloor heating. 

The saloon benefits from generous 6ft 4 inch headroom, high-quality upholstery, and a warm, inviting ambience throughout. It also has a wine fridge for when you are entertaining guests.  

Steps lead down to the lower deck, where the galley is located aft and to port. This is a fully equipped, domestic-style space featuring ample worktop area, stainless steel sink, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, and combination microwave/oven, Mielle washing/dryer machine and BOSH dishwasher. Extensive storage is provided through a combination of cupboards and drawers, making it ideal for extended time aboard.

Forward of the galley is the guest cabin, fitted with a comfortable double berth offset to Port. This cabin also has an additional single berth/settee to starboard.  This cabin includes hanging lockers, additional storage, and opening portlights for natural light and ventilation, ensuring a pleasant and practical space for family or guests.

Aft of the guest cabin is the day heads compartment, finished to a high standard and equipped with a marine toilet with holding tank, washbasin, and separate shower area. Thoughtful design ensures ease of use without compromising on comfort.

The spacious owner’s cabin is located aft in the stern and offers a luxurious retreat. A large island double berth sits centrally across the beam of the boat, with generous storage provided beneath and in surrounding lockers. It has its own TV screen . The cabin is beautifully finished with high-quality joinery, soft lighting, and excellent headroom. Natural light floods in through overhead hatches and portlights, enhancing the sense of space. The owners suite has a dedicated air conditioning unit to make for a good night's sleep on those warmer nights. The en-suite heads compartment includes a separate shower stall, electric toilet, and stylish washbasin, offering privacy and convenience.

Aft of the saloon and to starboard is a side cabin that acts as a storage room with side access to the engine or as an additional single berth with LED lighting and a wardrobe.

History & Construction

Built in 2022, this Elling E4 has a blue GRP hull and white superstructure, with Flexiteak decks. It has seats in the aft cockpit area. Wheel steering in the wheelhouse. Bow and stern thrusters, stainless steel stanchions, pulpit, pushpit, and a bimini. A walk-through transom gate with stairs leading down to the bathing platform. Teak battens to the bathing platform. A self-draining cockpit.  This motor yacht has been out of the water annually since it was built and has had its hull polished and anodes changed.  This vessel has had one owner from new.

Mechanical Systems:

This Elling E4 has a single Cummins 8.3 6-cylinder 600HP diesel engine with an Aquadrive for low noise and vibration, and a stainless steel drive shaft with a water-injected bearing to a 4-blade prop. The engine has indirect cooling via a heat exchanger. The engine has completed a total of 310 hours as of 1st April 2026.  The engine will be serviced in April 2026 by Cummins. There is a 1500-litre steel fuel tank knots. This Elling E4 will cruise at 10 Knots and has a maximum speed of 15 knots. To make handling easy, this boat is fitted with both bow and stern thrusters and also has a Magnus Master 1 Rotorsystem for 90% reduction of the roll movement of the ship.  It has a 4KVA generator that has been used for a total of 19 hours

There is an additional Volvo 30HP auxiliary engine with sail drive, a folding propeller that has a separate 100 litre fuel tank.  It has been used a total of 20 hours.  

Electrical Systems

 2  x 24 volt 200 Ah Lithium batteries, domestic batteries, 2 x 24 volt 200 Ah dry lightweight engine batteries. All charging from the alternator and via 240v shore power system with a ring main and generator. It has an automatic switchover from shorepower to inverter or generator. An additional alternator has been fitted to the engine to specifically charge the Lithium batteries - factory fitted.
