We are proud to present this Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 455, the first example of this exciting new model to arrive in the country. Representing the next evolution of the highly successful Sun Odyssey range, the 455 delivers the perfect balance of performance sailing, contemporary design, and exceptional cruising comfort, all wrapped in a highly manageable 45-foot platform.
Powered by a Yanmar 4JH80 (80hp) and fitted with 1.75m shallow-draft cast iron keel opens up cruising grounds while maintaining excellent stability and sailing performance. With generous tankage — 580 litres of water (including additional tank) and 200 litres of fuel — she is ideally suited for extended cruising.
The high-aspect rig, paired with Harken winches and deck hardware, delivers efficient sail handling, while the in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa, and German sheeting led back to the helm make short-handed sailing a pleasure.
