2014 52 F Remarks :

The Lagoon 52 F, the latest model developed by the world's leading builder of cruising catamarans, marks a whole new era in the design of such boats, as indeed did its predecessor, the famed Lagoon 500. 
With its diamond-shaped vertical bows, bevelled hulls, its as if levitated deckhouse and tall rig, the Lagoon 52 is no ordinary catamaran, but its originality goes a great deal further than just its "outer" appearance, or even its interior layout. 
This new Lagoon is the result of lengthy discussions between the architects at Van Peteghem-Lauriot Prévost (VPLP), the Italian Nauta Design agency and the Lagoon design department. These discussions led us to make some critical and sometimes radical choices, while remaining faithful to what we believe in, in terms of elegance, comfort, safety, user friendliness, and, it goes without saying, performance under sail. The “F” in Lagoon 52 stands for Flybridge — it’s the version equipped with a full-width, raised flybridge and helm station. This distinguishes it from the Sportop or S model, which features only a raised helm under a bimini and a compact sun-deck instead of a full flybridge.
The boat has never been used for charters; it has always been used privately and maintained in excellent condition. New rigging was installed in 2023, new saildrives in 2025, and comprehensive engine and generator services were performed in 2025. Below is a detailed list of maintenance and equipment. 


El Lagoon 52 F, último modelo desarrollado por el líder mundial en catamaranes de crucero, marca una nueva era en el diseño náutico, siguiendo la estela del reconocido Lagoon 500.Con proas verticales en forma de diamante, cascos biselados, una cabina elevada y un mástil generoso, el Lagoon 52 no es un catamarán convencional. Su innovación va mucho más allá de la estética o la distribución interior.
Fruto de la colaboración entre los arquitectos de VPLP, el estudio italiano Nauta Design y el departamento de diseño de Lagoon, este modelo refleja decisiones clave y en ocasiones radicales, manteniendo siempre los valores esenciales de la marca: elegancia, confort, seguridad, facilidad de uso y un excelente rendimiento a vela.
La “F” corresponde a Flybridge, versión con flybridge completo y puesto de mando elevado, que lo diferencia del Sportop (S), equipado únicamente con timonería bajo bimini y un solárium compacto.
Este Lagoon 52 F nunca se ha destinado a charter, solo ha tenido uso privado y se encuentra en excelente estado de mantenimiento. En 2023 se renovó el aparejo, en 2025 se instalaron nuevas transmisiones Saildrive y se realizaron completos servicios de motores y generador. A continuación, se detalla el inventario de mantenimiento y equipamiento.

Scheiber's high-end CAN bus electrical control system is used to manage and distribute onboard power, lighting, and systems. A touchscreen display provides real—time information, including battery charge, tank levels, loads, and more. You can control systems, reprogram switch behaviour, and diagnose issues from the screen.
