2012 370 Remarks :

We are delighted to present to market this truly one-of-a-kind Broom 370, 'Necessity' is an exceptional example that has been transformed through a fully bespoke interior refit by the renowned specialists at Setag.

From the moment you step aboard, the level of craftsmanship is unmistakable. Every surface, texture and finish has been carefully considered, resulting in an interior that exudes contemporary elegance while maintaining the inherent quality and solidity for which Broom boats are celebrated. The attention to detail, choice of premium materials and flawless execution set this vessel apart from anything else in her class.

'Necessity' has been professionally maintained and boasts an impressive specification, including twin Volvo Penta D6-330 diesel inboard engines, bow and stern thrusters for effortless manoeuvring, a 4kW generator, Raymarine Axiom chartplotter, Garmin Vesper Cortex VHF with AIS, pop-up television, LED deck lighting, and much more making her equally suited to relaxed cruising or extended time aboard.

Broom’s reputation for exceptional build quality and generous accommodation is well established. However, where many examples retain a more traditional aesthetic 'Necessity' offers something entirely unique. Her complete Setag refit has reimagined the interior from the ground up, including new headlinings, redesigned saloon seating, bespoke carpeting, and carefully integrated ambient lighting. The result is a strikingly modern, design-led space that rivals far newer vessels.

Setag, a leading British yacht refit specialist based in Plymouth and Poole, is known for redefining classic yachts through a truly bespoke approach. Their philosophy centres on creating tailored interiors that reflect the owner’s vision which delivers a level of individuality and luxury rarely found on the brokerage market.

'Necesssity' is without question, a rare opportunity to acquire a Broom 370 that stands in a class of her own.
