LAYOUT
The interior layout features three double cabins with a forward owner’s cabin and two aft guest cabins. The main saloon provides a comfortable seating and dining area around the central table, with the chart table positioned to starboard and a practical galley nearby. Two heads compartments with showers provide added convenience when cruising with guests.
DOMESTIC
The galley is arranged for practical use and includes a sink, hob, oven and grill. Pressurised hot water is supplied via a calorifier. The yacht is fitted with a refrigerator, stereo system and DVD player, with straightforward onboard systems designed for reliability and ease of maintenance.
HISTORY
This Dufour 40 Performance was built in France in 2008 and has been used for private cruising. The yacht has been regularly maintained, with recent works including antifouling and anode replacement (2025), engine service carried out in 2025 by Cleopatra’s technical department, and replacement of the anchor windlass unit (2023). The running rigging was renewed in 2024, and supporting invoices are available. There is no reported accident history and no known insurance claims.
