The Triana Tantarella is a rare and highly regarded classic offshore cruiser, designed by the legendary Renato “Sonny” Levi and built by Triana Boats, Wimborne, in 1981.
Renowned for her superb sea-keeping and elegant lines, Tantarella combines classic offshore pedigree with practical cruising accommodation. This example has clearly been cared for under long-term ownership, having reportedly been in the same ownership for approximately 40 years.

Engines and Drive
Powered by twin Sabre diesel engines, each producing approximately 275hp, driving through shaft drives.
Hydraulic steering is fitted, with a side cockpit helm position. Cruising speed is reported to be approximately 22 knots, with a maximum speed of approximately 30 knots.
Trim tabs are fitted and the engines were serviced in January 2025.
Hull and Construction
GRP construction with a Sonny Levi-designed deep-V semi-displacement hull. White hull finish.
Tankage
Twin fuel tanks are fitted. Water capacity is reported to be approximately 500 litres, with holding tank capacity also reported to be approximately 500 litres.
