Accommodation :
The Hanse 311 offers bright, practical and surprisingly spacious accommodation for a yacht of her size, making her equally suited to comfortable cruising weekends or extended time aboard. With 6ft headroom in the saloon and an excellent beam carried well aft, the interior feels open and airy throughout.
Sleeping accommodation is provided for up to six in three separate cabin areas, comprising a generous forward double cabin, a comfortable aft double cabin and two additional berths in the saloon. The saloon itself is both welcoming and functional, finished with attractive blue cotton upholstery and ample seating around the central table, creating an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining onboard.
The galley is thoughtfully laid out for practical cruising use and is equipped with a stainless steel sink, two-burner gas hob with oven, a 12V refrigerator and good storage for provisions and cookware. Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied throughout the boat, heated via either the engine calorifier or a 240V immersion heater when connected to shore power, providing excellent comfort afloat.
The separate marine heads compartment is fitted with a toilet connected to a 45-litre holding tank, together with a wash basin and storage. Fresh water capacity is approximately 100 litres.
Storage throughout the yacht is particularly impressive, with numerous lockers and stowage spaces both inside the accommodation and externally within the cockpit. The cockpit itself is spacious and well designed, offering plenty of seating together with useful locker space for cruising equipment, warps and fenders.

History & Construction:
Built in 2002, this Hanse 311 yacht has a white GRP hull and decks with non-slip surfaces. It has white GRP seats in the cockpit and aft cockpit area. Tiller steering. fibreglass toe rails. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. Sprayhood Walk through the transom gate to the bathing platform. Self-draining cockpit. It was last out of the water in December 2025. In April 2026 the hull was polished, antifouled, and the anodes were changed. The yacht is being sold as the owners have decided it's time to retire from sailing. The owners are open to offers.

This Hanse 311 has a Bermudan Fractional sloop rig, with a Sparcraft aluminium deck-stepped mast and boom, with stainless steel standing that was replaced in 2024 and running rigging that has been replaced as required. The yacht has a furling headsail and a slab mainsail. All lines are led aft to the cockpit.

This Hanse 311 has a single Volvo MD2020-D aspirated diesel engine with a saildrive to a three-bladed fixed propeller. The saildrive diaphragm was last changed in 2024. The engine has freshwater cooling via a heat exchanger. The engine was last serviced in December 2025 It has a 50 Litre stainless steel fuel tank. This yacht will cruise at 5.5 knots and has a maximum speed of 6.5 knots.
